Note: Reproduction is dependant on availability of materials. Due to the nature of handmade jewelleries, there will be variations to the original piece.

Step 2: We will design your bespoke jewellery based on your requirements.
There is a RM10 fee for every design, which will be waived if you agree to proceed with the order. Quotation for the item(s) will also be provided at this step.
Step 3: Proceed with order
If you agree to proceed with the order, you will need to pay 50% of the quoted price (The RM10 fee will be reimbursed at this stage)
Step 4: Production
This can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and availability of the materials.
Step 5: Complete the order
You will be notified via email once the order is completed. The item will be delivered once the remaining 50% of the payment is made.
Note: All Payments MUST be made within 3 working days after each email confirmation.
