- Reproduction of items is dependant on availability of materials. Due to the nature of handmade jewelleries, there will be variations to the original piece.
- Payment must be made within 3 days of receiving confirmation email. Failure to make payment within this period will resort to item being released again or bespoke order not proceeding to the next step.
- All backout buyers will be blacklisted.
- Delivery charges include postage and packaging.
- All items will be checked prior to delivery.
- A tracking number will be provided (where applicable) where you will be responsible for tracking your order.
- Items will be posted out every Wednesday (unless stated in the email).
- There will be no replacement or refund for lost or damaged items, if the package should suffer any mishaps during delivery or if your package gets lost in the mail. There is however, a 100% Guarantee for faulty items or if you are not satisfied with our product. Please click here for more details.
- All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable after the 7 days guarantee.
- Do drop us an email at emailsurasura@gmail.com if you would prefer special packaging (e.g. box) and wrapping. We will be more than happy to quote you a new price.
- All images are copyrighted. Please inform us if you would like to post the photos on your blog/website, and remember to credit it to our website!
